2.10.3 Interrupt controller

The interrupt controller is an implementation of the reference interrupt controller (see

Interrupt controller on page 4-75).

The configuration of the interrupt controller model is controlled by a section in

peripherals.ami

. It has the following items:

WAITS=0

Range:Base

specifies the area in memory into which the interrupt controller registers are

mapped. For details of the interrupt controller registers, see Interrupt controller on

page 4-75.

WAITS

specifies the number of wait states that accessing the interrupt controller imposes

on the processor. The maximum is 30.
